I bought mine about a year ago & I loved the idea of it being heated. Well I discovered that it doesn't actually heat the water, you just have to put hot water in it.
It's pretty big but not creditably heavy.
It has 5 individual brushes that spin to scrub the carpet, a nice little handle attachment to clean couches an etc.
It seems to run out of water pretty quickly an the reservoir tank gets full quickly as well but it seems like they run out at 2 separate times so it seems like you are running back an forth to the sink more than cleaning.
It's def a nice setup for what I paid for it.
