When I hear the acronym "FPS" a few things run through my head. Right off the top names like Quake, Unreal and Half-Life pop into my cranium. I think of late night Unreal sessions, and caffeine induced highs from endless nights at QuakeCon's. I also...
Pros: Multiplayer, graphics, replay value. Cons: Single player is limited.
The Timeline FPS's
What's the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the acronym "FPS"? Many older gamers would probably ramble the word "Doom" off the top of their heads, while some 3D veterans would voice "Goldeneye 007", and...
Pros: Incredible List of options, great music, Goldeneye and Perfect Dark Homages. Cons: AI issues, Lacks some polish
Over the years, there has been a lot of great First Person shooters, from the Doom series and Half Life on the PC, to Halo and Unreal Tournament of today, these games have been getting bigger and better than ever. But the two games I still consider being ...
Pros: Rich levels, incredible soundtrack, level builder and plenty of weapons. Cons: Out of game interface needed work, level builder doesn't leave much room to build.
Since the dawn of the age of Goldeneye, shooters have been one of the most influential genres on platform success. The Xbox would have met a certain demise were it not for Halo. There is some primal excitement that is dredged up when we are locked in ...
Pros: Outstanding multiplayer modes, enriched textures, batillions of unlockables Cons: Overly sensitive controls, frequent slowdown not found in the other ports, no LAN/Network abilities

Pros: Awesome Multi-player Cons: Single Player Mode
Intro
This was the game that saved my Gamecube from a lonely life on a shelf at some pawn shop. In my opinion the last year for Nintendo was bad up until October. One night in October I had my Gamecube packed and was heading to my favorite...
Pros: Immense arcade mode, graphics, and speed Cons: Whimsical look might turn some gamers off, short story mode.
I have never really been a die-hard FPS fan, but I have played great games like Perfect Dark and Goldeneye. Before TS2, my outlook on FPS's was very negative. TS2 changed the way I look at FPS's. There are three modes in TS2; the Story mode, the ...
Pros: two player story mode, the map maker, the control, the graphics, the CHARACTER ACTING! Cons: short levels
This game is awesome. That's the the most important thing you can say about it. I thought I had outgrown video games because I was losing interest in them. After playing this game I realize that it's mostly due to a lack of good games on the market. ...
Pros: Incredible graphics, excellent gameplay, tons of modes Cons: manual aiming with the c-stick takes some getting used to
The killer gameplay and level design of Goldeneye meets the ultimate multiplayer variety of Perfect Dark merge in this - the best game to date for CGN. The mission mode is a bit shorter than it's two predecessors, but the difficulty of the game will...
Pros: Great multiplayer and great graphics Cons: really bad one player
Ok ok ok. I did not buy this game, I will admit that from the start. I rented this game. THe fact that I did not buy this game should say something from the start. TO describe this game in a few words it is: entertaining, frustrating and easy. THe one ...
Pros: Multiplayer, Level Builder and Graphics. Cons: Single Player Mode.
This is a great game. I rented it over the weekend and now I cannot put it down. The graphics are not the best I have seen, but they are really good. The single player story mode is good for about once through, but the Arcade and Challenge are nice enough to merit playing this game in single player. The multiplayer mode is real what makes this game. You can play with one other player on the story mode or hook up all four Gamecube slots and head into Arcade mode for a large selection of games. There are several really cool multiplayer settings in Arcade including, free-for-all, team battles, capture the bag, flame tag, and many others. The character selection in multiplayer is also really nice. Of course another cool parts of this game is its level builder, it is a bit limited, but it is still worth using over and over. This game is worth every cent of its price.
Totallyimmersive single player and co-operative story mode, featuring a complex narrative, and superbly animated cut-scenes. Nine time traveling episo...More at Amazon Marketplace
