Pros: Roomy, Comfortable, Good Looking Cons: Can't See the Corners, Small Engine Works Hard
In early 1998, we were in the market for our first new car. Of the selections on the market, we were captivated by a stunning new car on the Chrysler lot...the new Concorde.
With front styling reminiscent of early Jaguars, a swoopy greenhouse...

Pros: Sleek and smooth to drive Cons: It is a big car so a little harder to park
Love my Candy Apple Red Concorde. It is so sweet to drive, comfortable, hugs the curves on these West Virginia hills. Oh, so smooth when changing gears automatically, never a hesitation or jerk of the car. Interior is plush, seat backs support your...

In early 1999, my mother was looking for a new car. At first she was looking at the SUV's. Then she came across a new 1998 Chrysler Concorde LXI. She fell in love with it. It is a very beautiful car. It is black with gray interior.
It has...

Pros: style Cons: low font end
I have been buying Ford products for ages. My last purchase was a 1992 Ford Thunderbird Sport. It started showing signs of wear so I decided it was time to trade it in. Last year I saw an ad for 1998 Chrysler products in our local paper. The ad...

My wife and I bought a new 1998 Chrysler Concorde in July of 1998. We have owned the car for a year and a half now and it has been to the shop no less than 5 times for overnight repairs.
We bought the car because it was a great size for our...

Pros: The interior looks like my old conversion Van. Cons: The low and huge radiator nose hits every little bump. The Bottom Line: The Car is to big for its suspension and the gas milage is poor.
During the month of April of 2001 I test drove a Concorde in a local delearship. The car handle very good, I sent my wife in the other car to follow us just so she can appreciate how the car will look on the street. She was having fun looking every time...

Pros: Styling. Spacious interior front and rear. Over 70,000 miles and NO major problems. Cons: Door and headlamp gaskets are a problem. No squeaks except steering wheel. Road noise. The Bottom Line: A really good car with a spacious interior and superior styling. Very reliable. I have just two complaints: 1)poor door and headlamp gasket adhesive, and 2)road noise is noticeable.
I purchased this car from a Chrysler dealer for $17,000 in January 2000. It had almost 30,000 miles on it. The previous owner traded it in for a pickup truck. He told me of problems with the driver's side window. I have since had a mechanism in it...
