I had a set of Yoko M/Ts on my Jeep, 31x10.5r15. My jeep was totaled when I had just under 30,000 miles on the tires, they probably would have made it to 40,000.
Overall, a very good off-road tire, and a decent street tire. They had good wet traction, and unstoppable snow traction. They didn't make much noise for being luggy. They did well off road, especially when aired down a bit. Very good traction in mud.
The downside is they are soft. I drive like a grandpa on the road, most people would probably only get 30,000 miles out of a set. They are easily cut by sharp rocks when off-roading.
Overall I liked them. I would definately consider another set if I get another 4WD vehicle.
