I had an account with Republic Security Bank for a year and used three different branches in the Tampa area. All three had very poor customer service, many times causing the two or three customers who were in line in the bank to wait a long period of time to be waited on. When I went to close my account, the branch manager had to read instructions from a piece of crumpled paper on the proper procedures to follow. The employees at this particular branch would yell to another employee on the other side of the room about a transaction they were working on. I do not recommend this bank if you are looking for professional people to serve you in a speedy manner.
