Cons: Sags and lumps

I like my mattress. I bought at Sleepys. Like many others, I was told it would not need to be flipped or rotated. Well that was not true. I have some lumps and sagging. The comfort is great. I sleep like a baby at night and wake up with no pains. I'm having an inspector come tomorrow to look at the sags. I'll keep you all posted.

Stay away from this mattress. I liked it in store, but at home it was terrible experience very soooft, sag after 1 week of use, consist some artificial material (like resin etc.) that squeeze your body like a lemon.
First I didn't believe to bad reviews for Dormo Diagnostic on this site but now I am apologizing to all community for my former disbelief.

One comment about "Sleepys" store: If you notice they sold all mattresses in white color ? why ? be carefull in trial period any spot and they will refuse to exchange. It take some effort from me to clean back site of the mattress in order to get exchange.

I brought the Kingsdown mattress back in 2000 Queen size. I have to say the same thing. The mattress is terrible. When my huband gets in the bed, I role to the middle. My back hurts every other night and I spent only $800 dollars for the lower end model. So the high and low cost models have the same complaint. The mattress is just terrible!! Funny thing is I couldn't find my paperwork from 2000 and I couldn't remember the name of our mattress when we went to purchase a new mattress today. We were sold on a great mattress nice and comfortable with a 20yr warranty. When I got home I went to bed and couldn't sleep so I got up at 4am and searched for the papers and thank God I found them!The mattress we just purchased was a KINGSDOWN!. I pulled my sheets back at 4am and yes it was a Kingsdown. As soon as the store opened that day, I canceled my order. Buyer beware!

My wife purchased a bed for us without consulting with me due to my chronic back pain. Needless to say I was not thrilled especially when she told me how much she paid $2200. She was sold on the fact that they could do a computer profile of her body and did one for me even though I did not go into the store. Apparently this mattress store in the Syracuse, NY area has some type of diagnostic system that does this. Anyway, after sleeping on it for the past 2 months I have to say that this was a great purchase. My back is much better and it is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

My husband has a very bad back--visiting the chiropractor often. He was told that most of his problem was the bed he was using. So we went out and purchased a Kingsdown mattress and box springs. WOW, what a difference that bed has made in our lives. We both sleep like babies and my husband has stopped going to the chiropractor. Thank you Kingsdown for a terrific sleep system.
