Pros: Great and affordable features; Convenience, portability and duration; easy to use media Cons: Price despite limitations
As the leader in digital photography, Sony has given consumers a wide range of useful products. Among them is the Sony Mavica MVC-FD200. The saying goes like this, "If you build it, they'll use it." Sony has gone the extra mile by providing us,...
Pros: great pictures, memory stick or disk, easy to use Cons: rather large, expensive for a 2MP camera
I got a new Mavica FD 200 for work about 2 weeks ago. Previously I had used several Kodaks and an Olympus. My job required an easy to use camera with and a way to easily transfer photos.
The Sony comes with its own brand of rechargeable...
Pros: Standard memory stick plus floppy disk storage. Easy to operate. Very good outdoor photos. Cons: Poor indoor photos. Requires flash in good light. Red eye poor. Short battery life.
The title says it all. I had an old Mavica FD75 that was stolen. It took AWESOME pictures. I liked it so much I wanted to get one as close as possible, so I bought this one. BIG MISTAKE. My previous camera took pictures in almost any light without a ...
Pros: Very easy to use! Cons: I'll have to get back to you on that!
My sister decided to get this for her birthday one year. Im glad she did! I had never really used it until the last day of my school year. She showed me how to use it and everything like that and I was shocked...It was so easy! When she let me ...
Pros: Easy to use, clear pictures. Instantly see pictures as you take them. Cons: Large and Heavy
Super easy to use!! No stall from the time you snap the picture and the time that the picture takes. The picture quality is clear and is easy to access the pictures. This product is perfect for the family. Easy for beginners but takes quality...
Pros: Floppy drive, a box of 25 floppys will last your whole vacation. Cons: Kind of bulky.
This camera is very easy to use, and also takes "non-Sound' mpegs. Photos are stored on floppy [or memory stick, your choice]. I opt for the floppy drive. I buy a box of floppies at a reasonable price and take up to 25 photos per disk. I use the photos...
Sony Mavica digital camera by snareisbroken ,Nov 14 '05
Pros: Disks easy to load & carry. Find them used on the Internet. Cons: Occasionally, diskette won't function, carry several spares to important events.
This camera is great for newbies that want to capture events or items for sale onto a floppy diskette. There is the option to use a memory stick as well, but the floppies give the same photo quality and cost less. There is occasionally a delay when shooting, but the flash always works. Initially, I got mine for a garage sale to post photos onto my signs, but then I used it to upload photos onto a pet website when my dogs had 10 pups! I would buy this camera again if I saw it at a garage sale or on sale being discontinued because it is wonderfully easy to upload photos onto the Internet for sharing family events or showing off merchandise for sale.
Great Camera for Floppy Storage and Easy To Use by wickedclown01 ,May 04 '05
Pros: Easy To Use, Rechargeable battery, Floppy Storage, Easiest transfer to computer. Cons: The delay on the picture taking is a little annoying.
If you are looking for a good camera that takes good pictures, but are afraid of the memory cards, and all that goes with them. This is the ideal camera for you!! It doesn't get any easier than this camera.. You put in a blank standard 3 1/2" Floppy disk.. take your pictures, put the disk in your computer floppy drive.. open and voila... your pictures are there.. you can print them, rename, edit.. whatever you want! It even has an EMAIL picture mode, which will let you take pictures at a good resolution to send through email.. I have one, and I LOVE it.
Pros: PROS: Great camera for first time users. Easy to operate. Cons: CONS: Battery does not hold charge more than 10 hours.
I use mine to take indoor and outdoor pictures to upload to my web site. Pictures turn out good. I like the fact that it takes a memory stick, which can hold more pictures than a 1.44 disk, and a stick is easier to store and keep track of.
Pros: Easy and fun to use. Cons: Rather large and pricey.
My husband gave me this camera as a Christmas present. I have been very satisfied with the performance. I love the fact that you can use a floppy of memory stick. It is also very easy to transfer a image from the stick to the floppy or vice versa. I often transfer from memory stick to floppy so that I can send photos as an email attachment.
