I bought a Stearns and Foster Mattress for a lot of money thinking this would be the last bed I ever would own. Within 4 years this mattress has broken down over four inches in sag in the middle of the bed. It is extremely uncomfortable to sleep in and now I have to go and spend more money on a new bed. Their warranty is not generous in any means because they look for any stains on the bed and use that as an excuse to void the warranty. The warranty was a major selling point for us and now we cannot receive a new bed under their warranty because a small stain. Show me one mattress over a year old that doesn't have a stain. Bottom line. Don't spend the money on Stearns and Foster Beds.
