Pros: Great value, lasts a long time, very safe and easy to use. Cons: Can be difficult to install with the seatbelt in some vehicles.
We purchased a Cosco Alpha Omega Elite when my son was 4 months old, believing that it would be the last seat we would have to buy for him, as advertised. At that age, he fit nicely into it. However, at only 2.5 years old, 32 lbs, and 37 1/4" tall, his ...
Pros: Eight-year seat that supports extended-RF, narrow form factor excellent for tight fits. Cons: VERY heavy, very narrow belt paths, harness adjustment requires removing seat from vehicle to re-thread.

After an exhausting amount of research to find a seat for our 10 month old we decided on this one. The safety ratings were impeccable and I really wanted something that wasn't as enormous as a Britax. Of course I wanted my daughter to be comfortable too ...
Pros: Versatile, well built, fits in rear seat well. Cons: price
This seat is a sure bet for those parents wishing to purchase a car seat that will last from birth to 8 years old. It does face in the rear position for infants up to 35 pounds, which is highly recommended. For forward facing children it goes up to 80 ...

I purchased the Sunshine Kids Radian80 in the Manhattan pattern several months ago for an excellent price. This is the newest version of the Radian car seat, it now goes all the way up to 80 pounds compared to the Radian65 which only goes to 60 pounds. ...
Pros: Comes ready to use. Extra security features for latching onto the car and comfort
Cons: Not easily available in baby stores. Bit difficult to justify price without product feel.
We had tried Graco, Combi infant car seat for our newborn. Although he was happiest in the Combi, he soon outgrew it and would sweat a lot by 4 mos in that seat. Radian 80 was an instant like by our boy. He is snug around his head and body but has ample room to move about his arms and legs. You can find him sleeping in it most of the times. The mesh lining adds extra softness. The seat is easily mounted (snap in latch) in and out of a car and moved around with the baby (although not reccomended since the back of the seat is a bit long. I love the fact that the cloth is easy to put on after washes, the child has enough play room, yet snug. Its sleek and allows for as much or as little tilt adjustment as you like. I have a sedan and this was the only seat that I could put in my car for as long as the law requires and still have two other adults sit next to it. The way the seat is designed, allows the child to look around without straining his neck.
