I could tell right from the first email this was not an outsources staff. The people on the other end are kind and real people. Means a lot to me running a family business.

Set me up with a reseller account and explained the ins and out of setting up reseller accounts and DNS. Made the transition from an old shared server surprisingly less-stressful. Thanks guys.

I really like the like camera where I can see a part of the server room in real time, I also like the fact they offer a direct 24/7 pager, I've never seen that before, where you can actually buzz them in real time if there is an emergency. I would hate to be them carrying them all the time, but its better than waiting on hold and makes me feel better. Great feature!

Pros: templates cpanel domain registration and help
Cons: don't have aol IM but have Yahoo which is pretty cool
Seems I am not alone in praising this company. They have a professional edge to them which is not common in this industry.

I had my entire site vanish one day and had to start over. Before doing so they suggested I use their easy template builder system (or whatever they call it). I was able to punch out a site in a half hour to get myself back up. And they were able to handle the domain repointing, still don't know how :)

Thanks to the guys at webcs.com. They deserve it.

After waiting in lines and for the cable company to show up, it is nice to know there is a medium based company out there that actually knows what they are doing.

My site has SQL and MYSQL and their Windows shared accounts are handling my real estate site fine. Lots of email options. The best thing I like is they know who I am and I can page them 24/7 if there is ever a problem. Not sure where they came up with that idea, but its great for me because I am always on the go.

They treat me as if I am the only customer in the world and my friends tells me the same thing. Was referred to them.

Phenomenal Service and Great People!

After reading everyone else's glowing reviews of WEBster, I was sceptical but hopeful. I have been through SO many bad Web service companies in the last 10 years that I had almost given up hope of ever finding a good one.

But these fellas aren't just good, they're GREAT!

From the moment I signed up, I received prompt personalized and friendly attention. Every question was answered with lightening speed, and the staff are extremely helpful.

Their breadth of services and options, as well as their EZ site builder application (the option I chose) is fantastic. I was thinking that the EZ site builder would be cheesey, but the templates and service options are extraordinary!

I am highly impressed and will sing their praises to all who will listen!

Webcs.com is just the webhost you are looking for if you are tired of being put on hold.
I am very impressed with the one on one assistance I have received from webcs from the beginning. I have owned my own business since 1987 and webcs has been consistently obliging with all my website issues.

Exemplary Support From Webster

Pros: Prompt, personal, dependable, experienced and capable.
Cons: nothing to complain about so far...
My old host went belly-up and never informed me. I couldn't even access my admin board to fulfill orders. I was desperate when I went searching on the internet for a replacement host that could transfer my website with minimum problems.
The old hosts didn't make it easy, but after some trying times, Will and the staff at Webster were able to bring it in and working even better than it did with the old host. I truly feel that these guys care about my business...and give me personal and prompt service.
They do things that are not expected under the agreement. Most recently, they helped me with giving customers shipping options that are sure to improve my sales. They didn't have to, but they did...and it cost me nothing.
They make me feel it's ok to approach them with any technical problem. If they can help, they do. If they can't, they make the best suggestion.
Their 11 years experience in the hosting business shows favorably. I have total confidence in Webster. I couldn't recommend them more.

I manage several domain names, some personal and some for my company. I have previously used several ISPs and often became frustrated with the slow response to problems, and the fact that often people who responded to problems were incompetent and not well organized.

A few months ago I looked around for user opinions on ISPs that provide a reliable service but especially good customer support. I read some reviews about WEBster Computing Services (aka webcs.com) and decided to try it out.

Since then, I have transfered both personal and business domains to webcs and have been extremely pleased. I have had to deal with several issues during the migration process. Each time I submitted a new ticket I got an extremely prompt response -- sometimes even on weekends. And the quality of the technical support has been great.

When you consider that they also have extremely competitive rates, this is truly an excellent deal. If you are looking for a hosting solution where intelligent and caring human beings actually help you, WEBster should definitely be your top choice.

We were forced to change our hosting service after the company went out of business. A search of the web for a service that included Sql Server uncovered WEBster. Reviews were positive so we signed up. Best decision we've made! The staff is great: knowledgeable, available (yes - really available!) and actually friendly. Our site was up in a matter of hours. They walked us through some issues we had regarding transfer of service. The following day I received an email asking me if all was going okay. What a team! I highly recommend this company.

Pros: Responsive and friendly. Big enough to have what you need, small enough to work with.
Cons: I sometimes wish they had phone support but emailing has always handled things just fine.
I've been using WEBCS for all my hosting for, oh, at least 12 years and now have several of our own and clients' accounts hosted by them. I love the fact that they both know their stuff and are not some huge techno-giant that you can't get hold of. They have always been quick with responses to questions and technical issues. I can unhesitantly recommend them.

Since joining up with WEBster we have had no problems at all, everything runs very smoothly and support questions are answered extremely quick. We have recently set up another server with them and the set up process and time was pretty amazing.

Webcs.com set me up with a dedicated server. Was getting to large for my current operation. Luckily they were able to import my data from my old shop. Guess mine was compatible.

Have a great feeling about the staff and it seems the other reviews are justified. Like their status boards where I can see what is happening if they are having emergencies and they have live cameras of their servers too. Nice to know they are in the U.S. and I can actually see that. Yes I recommend them.
